Most of our clients that receive Amber's home care services would be subject to the 4-hour minimum service time;
Amber partnered with the Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) in Aurora, Little and Colorado Springs, and there is no fixed minimum time requirement for residents living at these communities.
Because most of our caregivers travel to care for our clients, we try to make their time worthwhile by setting the minimum service time.

Each Amber caregiver went through two interviews, a thorough background check, an in-take meeting with the client (and their family) to make sure that they are a match with our clients.
