Mattie Cifuentes

As a Client Care Consultant with Amber Personal Care, Mattie Cifuentes collaborates with every part of the client’s care teams to ensure comfort and confidence in their services. She began her career in Honolulu, Hawaii as a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist 10 years ago and developed a passion for helping patients through the application process and advocating for them with dignity and respect. She then worked as a pre-service supervisor at a children’s hospital and assisted patients and their families with navigating the intricacies of insurance when their children were unwell. Mattie’s talents at APC are evident as she conducts intake assessments, designs schedules, and facilitates communication and demonstrates a strong commitment to her clients’ well-being. Mattie has a Bachelor of Science from Chaminade University of Honolulu and has called Denver, Colorado home for the last 6 years.
