Biography

As the Director of Quality and Care at Amber Personal Care, Rebekah Hernandez trains caregivers and staff to ensure they will meet APC’s standard of excellence. She performs on-site assessments and quality assurance visits to make sure care is maintained and adapted to fit the changing needs of clients, as well as leading staff orientations geared towards continually improving service and trainings. She additionally represents the company at networking events within the senior care industry with the goal of forming relationships and introducing people to Amber Personal Care. Rebekah has previously lived in the United States, Thailand and Iraq as a trained massage therapist before bringing her holistic understanding of health and passion for care to APC. She has a degree in Music Education and enjoys traveling, hiking, playing a variety of sports, and spending her time with her beautiful family.
